I made an appointment for 10:30am and forgot all about it until they texted me that they were wondering why. I was able to still bring my car in at 12:15 and they had done the tire rotation and balance (and also check oil indicator) by 3:30! Exceptional service!

We liked the price we were quoted and the persistence Sloan's showed in getting the repair completed, even when the part was difficult to locate. They went out of their way to locate and obtain the part and didn't budge from the price for the part they originally quoted. The price of the sensor for our SRS system was actually more expensive than was originally quoted and they ate the difference.

I've been using Sloan's for years, and the service is always professional, respectful of my time and the communication is excellent. They also stand by their work -- my most recent visit was to replace a strut that they had replaced for me almost a year ago, and it was fully covered under warranty.

I am impressed with Sloan's Automotive because I needed help with my car right away. Johnny was so kind and reassured me they could fix the problem . I did have to leave it overnight as I was a walk-in and they were busy. I didn't mind a bit. The work was completed the next morning and I was a Happy Lady!
I plan to use them for keeping my car in shape.

My right front tire had a nail in it, and had a slow leak. They sent a tow truck to reinflate my tire, then put a plug in my tire for free. Their work is 5 star, but their positive attitude, and generous spirit are worth more than just a working car. Kenny, this shop, and all the staff demonstrate Christian values.
