Everyone was friendly. I didn't have to wait, they changed my oil, filter, and rotate the tires. Then helped me with my radio. Everyone seamed happy to help me. They vacuumed the front floor. I was happy.

Oil change completed in about 30 min. Used discount price coupon offered on Slingerland's website. Friendly service, they special ordered the oil filter needed because they normally don't service Kia vehicles in their shop. They provided the same great oil change service on my Chrysler vehicle 1 month ago. That is why I brought our Kia vehicle to them for the same service on this visit.

Out of town owner of a Caravan that was due an oil change but the online scheduler didn't have an opening until after my departure date. So I called the Service Dept early Monday. The person I spoke with had a 3:30pm opening. I got there early after errands. They took my van early and was out by 3pm. Thank you Service Team!
