I had made an appointment for 1:30. They were busy and were not able to look at the issues that day. It would have been nice to know that they couldn't get to my vehicle until the next day instead of waiting around for 2 hours. The next day they were able to troubleshoot and tell me exactly what was needed.

They did the the best they could to get us out as quickly as possible. Our issue required an out-of-state part to be shipped in, but overall, very happy with the service and honest of the team.

They overcharge on labor and extra fees. 1100$ to fix a serpentine belt and tensioner pulley even with the most expensive parts shouldn't be that much. Once you've invested in towing it there and the diagnostic cost your pretty much stuck.

Professional. Look for most cost effective solutions. Discuss with customer before repair work is initiated. If solution doesn't quite solve the problem to customer's satisfaction, they work with you to get it right to customer's expectation without gouging on price. Sometimes foreign cars need specific OEM parts. They will work with you to get the right part. Don't always have loaner cars if car needs to be there for the day. Also will work with customer if an urgent repair surfaces. They have taken me in on short notice when vehicle is needed quick turnaround.
