They came and got my truck in the morning, they called when they finished it and immediately wanted a payment. I just recently had my identity stolen, and I didn't feel comfortable doing it on the phone. So I figured they would send the driver back with my truck and pay the bill. Nobody showed up, I called Matt back twice, no answer. I got a ride by pure luck. I was so mad I didn't pay attention to the deductible $100. It was only $50.

The service department at this Ford dealership is top-notch. The best thing about it for me is my service advisor Paris. She is knowledgeable, professional, and always keeps me up-to-date on the progress of my truck. She is very personable and always makes me feel like I am a priority when I am there. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Paris and the service department.

She always keeps me up-to-date on the progress of the work being done on my truck. Service advisor tried to sell me almost $1,000 worth of service the car didn't need. Transmission flush, transfer case flush, and fuel system cleaning. Car has 29,000 miles, these services aren't recommended until well past 60,000 by Lincoln. Plus tires were rotated and pressures were not set properly (33 front, 40 rear) and that is the second time in a row.

Warranty transmission work completed. 1 week without vehicle due to parts on order. Good communication from service advisor, Miguel. Unfortunately they couldn't provide loaner or rental vehicle so had to pay for lyft service for a week, that would have been only thing that could have made service better. They delivered vehicle to house when work completed, nice!
