Their mechanic has exceptional experience with BMW cars and this attention to detail and installation of parts necessary to finish the job was terrific. Able to pick up the car the same day. Front desk staff was excellent. I was there for an oil change. Unfortunately they spilled some drops of oil on the front of the car and left a dirty hand print on the hood. Price was great and I would have rated them better but oil on car and dirty hand print.
