the necessary parts were on hand before the appointed arrival time for the front brake service. The quality of the repairs seems quite fine.

Service took a bit longer than expected, but it was a parts delay, not their fault. Nice to have my truck running smoothly again! Had timing gear parts, water pump, can phasers, spark plugs, and all belts replaced. Cost was at least $2,000 less than quoted by a dealership.

Service was performed promptly. The staff is professional and friendly.
I am not a fan of flat rate labor determinations for how long a service may take or not.... I suggest the idea of using them as a "not to exceed" billing determination and then charge for actual time used if less.
I will continue to be a customer of Simmons.

My 2016 F150 with 102k miles was due for some work. We do some long distance driving, often hauling a utility trailer at speeds to over 80 in some states. We also use the truck to do a lot of "off roading" on some rough forest service roads in Idaho. They checked the truck thoroughly and offered recommendations beyond the basic necessary maintenance. The work was done quickly and I have complete confidence in their services. Friendly, knowledgeable staff too!
