My service advisor was terribly rude and accused me of lying regarding a letter I received from Toyota corporate regarding an issue that the dealership was to fix. He then refused to call them to verify. I called them myself and then they called the dealership and told them they had to help me. I will not return to them for the fix given how incredibly rude Juan was.

Quick, easy, and fastplus a clean, friendly environment. This dealership really knows how to make you feel valued and gives you a reason to come back. It says a lot when I literally just came from Santa Clarita Toyota and had a completely different experience. Compared to Simi Valley, there's no questionI won't be going back.

- Difficult to schedule service on-line. - The service dept didn't read what I wrote on-line as service needed until I arrived so didn't order part needed. - Spent 1-1/2 hours there while they confirmed part was not in stock and needed to be ordered. - Left after being told to return when part arrives in "2-3 days." - 4 days later I am still waiting.

Unfortunate. Service recommendations should be based on actual vehicle system inspection. Not the upsell algorithm. Took my wife for $200 to flush brake fluid when the entire brake system had been upgraded just 15k prior. Look at the vehicle, not at the screen.

Absolute WORST service. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I came in for 100,000 mile service and they took my air filter off and LEFT IT JUST OUT ON THE ENGINE, NEVER PUT IT BACK ON. They caused DAMAGE to my car due to either gross negligence or complete incompetence. In addition to this service, they also in the past RIPPED MY FRONT BUMPER off my car. Simi Valley Toyota is the WORST dealership EVER. NEVER GO THERE!!!!

The service representative, Rob, was great and stayed in contact with me. The one thing that would've made it better was that the first trip they missed a stuck relay that was causing my battery to discharge. They did make this right and even came to pick up the car themselves. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and their Shuttle service with Mike is outstanding and makes getting car repairs more convenient.
