Everyone I have talked to at the Hanley location has been very helpful, courteous, and takes the time to explain what and why they saw in the inspections. Both visits to their shop, I had warranty work for competing shops, and they made sure to double check on the status of the warranty, and let me know to return to where the warranty was issued. That is integrity in business.

I had appointment for 1:00pm. I arrived an hour early so was sitting in the parking lot. After just a few minutes Jordan knocked on my window and said he was ready and could take my truck right in. My time is important to me so I really liked the 45 minutes he gave me. And then the two battery exchange was done in maybe 30 minutes. The truck was delivered to me at the front door.

Went to get front end alignment after replacing tie rod end. They did an inspection recommending unnecessary fixes for example a cabin filter that wasn't dirty. (I recently replaced it. ) leaks that were old. I fixed the leaks a couple weeks ago. They didn't do the alignment as they said the other tie rod end was loose. I replaced it. And checked for leaks. None. I will go to Perfection for the alignment.

This shop on Hanley is top rate. They have been changing the oil and snow tires/ regular tires on my F150 the past couple of years. I usually schedule visits a week ahead, as they can be busy, especially in snow season. They are friendly, courteous, professional and prompt. I couldnt ask for better.

The service people were up front about everything they has checked in the car, about 50 items. They also commented on what were the good points, a little pat on the back to the owner. So far I have found the car in good order for the major job they did on the clutch. It works smoothly and solidly. I would recommend this service facility to others.
