Called about recall notice told parts were avaliable. Even gave them the specific recall number. Day before appointment called to verify that parts were avaliable. Come to find out parts are not available but that was only after called about vehicle being ready.

I was having trouble with my battery on Friday and they told me at first that they couldn't get to me until Monday. I was told to call Mrs Killeen in the service department Saturday morning. I did that and she got me in. She is amazing. My car is working great now. Thanks Silsbee Ford

Made an appointment for my recall on my vehicle go in for appointment and they said they had to order the parts and would call to set up an appointment once parts came in so I received a call set up an appointment went in for the appointment sat there over three hours just for them to tell me that my car did not qualify to have the parts put on so they wasted my time from work, not a happy person

Scheduled appt online a week earlier, showed up and they didnt have my appt down! Had to reschedule. Then went back a second time, the guy said he would order parts and call when they came in. Fast forward 2 months no call and called up there and they didnt order my parts!!!!

Brought to dealership to perform repairs under 3/36 warranty. Glove box repair/replace and reconfigure B&O radio per ssm 48346. Dealership repaired and charged $800. Service dept never notified me that they would not honor warranty until I picked up. General Manager refused to make right. Don't use this business...they will not deal with you fairly.

Recall on truck. Fixed it fast. They stated the alignment was checked but Im sure it didnt happen. They never brought the truck inside the bay. I watched them do the repair outside the bay. I didnt say anything as I was not having an alignment issue, All in all, is was satisfied with the service.

The young receptionist had minimal customer service appeal on arrival- no smile, no welcoming.
( I had an appointment for 8:00 am and was on time.)
It was if she had better things to do.

I had been given two times- 8 & 1:
I knew the time allotted was long- 8am for some of the work and then at 1:00 the rest.
I got a ride after 2 hours and did get a call back that the technician worked through his lunch and it was completed 12:35. I felt bad he worked through lunch tho.
Two stars:
Upon return, no one was at the cashier desk so I stood awhile thinking the original young receptionist, who saw me walk by. would ask me if I needed help. But she was busy talking to a man ( who apparently also worked there) and after I walked back towards them, he asked me if I needed anything.
Once I explained to him I was there to pick up my car, the receptionist got up and said she'll find the cashier.
She returned though and helped take my money, just shy ok $1000.
I asked her if they found anything wrong or concerns- (as some of the concerns written in the bill totally wrong - we never mentioned replacing a tire etc.)
She got up and went out the back door and quickly returned, stating all of and tires had 15,000 more miles on them.
Paid the bill and again, no thank you, no smile.
I would have appreciated a man going over my car's bill post repair. I don't think that's too much to ask for. I was prepared to pay, and it would have been nice to hear some update rather than nothing.
I think will need to find a shop that has the time to speak to the customer post repair.
And maybe they'll have a friendlier receptionist or whatever her title is. I think she has to be related to a owner or a manager, as she has ZERO people skills!
