They are always very friendly and helpful. The only feedback I would give is the car wash is usually not very good (water on the floorboard, streaks in the back that the washer may have missed, bugs still on the windshield).

Our vehicle has 18 k miles with a newer tire on the back. Specifically asked to have tires rotated, it was not done and my car was not washed. Sil Ter har is convenient but I will find a different dealer who listens to the customer.

We've bought Mazda's from Sill-TerHar Mazda, and we service both of our current Mazda's here, and everything is always on point. Service is fast, reasonably priced, and the advisors and mechanics do great work. The mechanics even wipe off hand prints from the hood when they close it. We'll continue (and have been) Sill-TerHar Mazda people for a long time!
