No one's fault except AI. Email stated I had an appointment to make recall repairs parts had come in. The vehicle was submitted Thursday for a 9 AM Friday appt. Only learned on Monday that parts had never arrived. The source of the erroneous email apparently AI.

The whole experience was great. I made the appointment and they got me in quickly. The concierge picked up my vehicle and I was able to track them coming and going. The car was returned in great shape the same day. It was quick, easy, and I was in the loop as to what was going on the whole time. You can't ask for more than that.

The dealership check my truck and found a sensor had gone bad. They replaced the sensor and suggested I have a coolant flush. Since the coolant flush was due, had them perform the flush. The work was completed at a fair price. The dealership also provided a shuttle ride to and from my location.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They explain what needs to be done before charging me an arm and a leg. Warranty usually covers labor and they are pretty proficient and get me out of there usually less than an hour.
