I will not be back to this dealership for sales or maintenance. $150 for an oil change and tire rotation. (crazy) Added fee of 3.9% for using a credit card. State law violation (2% max). Added fee to store (my ?) data on your computer system. It is your data not my data and no one asked me if I wanted the data stored. You just added the charge. Good Bye.

Service reps are nice enough, but could care less about my time and money. I have gone several there several times but always leave disappointed. Something doesn't get fixed correctly, or they don't have the part, or the tech isn't in, or the tech can't do it. I really did give them a shot in hopes they would get it figured out.

I'm very disappointed. I took the truck in for service due to the check engine light. They supposedly fixed it, but when I drove home, the light came back on. I took it back for them to fix it again and they kept the truck for four days. Communication was poor throughout the process.

What I didn't like doesn't fit in any category since my service has always been good from making the appointment to having the service completed. Thanx Shortline. There is also a comfortable waiting area if you are waiting or be called when your service is complete. Very convenient.

The salesman Jeff was great. Finance was a bit aggressive. I had a pre-approval letter & they still did a hard pull on my credit: there was no reason for that. They also wanted to argue my terms with my credit union that was in writing on my letter. All in all, ok to deal with & I am happy with my purchase so far. Still waiting on communication on the new windshield as ordered in the deal.

Takes forever and they barely communicate, you have to call them to get any update. And little to no concern about your situation. Brand new vehicle will sit on their lot until they have time to fix it. Better off going somewhere else.
