Shiveley's has always been wonderful. I purchased this used vehicle from another dealer because hey did not have what I wanted. i travelled over 3 hours to buy this specific model. The truck had a recall and said they could not get to it for quite some time. The dealer I bought it from sent a driver with a new loaner the three hour drive. fixed the truck and had it returned to me within 4 days. Disappointed and now not sure I want to continue to get ALL my services done there as I have always done. My recommend is based upon if you buy from them. If not I can't say that I would recommend.
