I purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback from the dealership. At best I would describe them as unethical. Let me describe why. First, if you don't have a trade-in or finance the purchase through them it will cost you $3,000 more than the advertised price. Of that number, $1,000 is never spelled out, anywhere. It was for an overpriced exterior coating that was applied before I even saw the car. Stay far away from these people!!
