I was very pleased that they took care of me. The service manager was kind and understanding to the situation where I was quoted one price for a service and charged a different price when I picked up my car. I was in need of an oil change and they took care of it at no charge for the issue.

The guy that looked at my vehicle was great! However the service advisor was clearly pushing for me to get a brand new vehicle and I haven't even had my vehicle for a full year yet. My SUV is less than 4 years old and is in great condition with a small slight oil leak that needs taken care of. I do not appreciate being told I need a new vehicle when in fact I know I do not

Even with a schedule appointment the car was not looked at until 5 days after the appointment. In addition, it was extremely difficult getting any updates on the status of the vehicle. Leaving a message is a waste of time as the service department didn't return most of them.

Service manager gave a price on hitch installation, two other local dealerships couldn't came close to. Even provided a loaner for my work day. I would give them 5 stars, but the time spent in the cold pouring rain, looking for the key fob when I picked up after hours, was unnecessary & frustrating.

Had engine light and warning lights come on. Was able to get in next day. Service was accomplished in less time than estimated. Loaner was offered. Jessica, service advisor, awesome as usual. So far, everything seems fine. Very expensive repair. Unfortunately just read an article that Subaru Forresters are vehicles with high costs for repairs. I should have done more research on repair costs prior to purchasing this vehicle.

Poor. Went for check engine light, waited two and half hours, then told system was down and tech couldnt find exact problem. Rescheduled for service again requiring another 60 mile round trip. Why didnt they call and tell me diagnostic system was down!

Sheehy was excellent with getting my car repaired. They were upfront & honest the minute I arrived with my CX5. Every repair shop should make a video like the one that was sent to me. The video explained what needed to be repaired & what should be repaired. Ill definitely be back!

Purchased replacement key fob at Sheehy VW, at a whopping price of $172.00. Consequently, I had to wait 2 weeks for a service appointment for it to be programmed. To add insult to injury, I waited 1 1/2 hours at Sheehy until the key fob was ready for use. That cost an additional $76.00.
