I had a great experience at Sheehy. My sales person was Zoey and she was fantastic. She was not a hard sale person, which I do not like. She answered all of my questions and if she didn't know something about my 2024 Highlander she would get the answer very quickly. When my wife is ready for her Camry I will go back to Zoey. The showroom was immaculate as was the bathroom. Everyone I encountered were very friendly.

The tire sensors that I spent over $1,400 is still showing. Sheehy Toyota has worked on this sensors issue for more than 5 times, and the issue still remains. It appears the technicians don't know what the issue is. This is has caused a lot of money.

Oil change, tire rotation and car wash is done usually in about an hour and a half. The staff is friendly and courteous. The Sheehy VIP Club oil change and tire rotation is also a very good deal if you plan on keeping your car for a while, as it includes up to 5 oil changes per year.

I had a windshield wiper that needed new inserts. I told them deliberately about this. They then said they did an "inspection" and found nothing wrong with it. They never even touched it because if they did they would've seen it was in desperate need of replacement

Staff were friendly and professional. They went out of their way to help me. They have improved their free drink choices to include herbal teas. They even washed the exterior of my mini-van at no charge and followed me out to show me how to find and manage the interior lights which had been accidentally turned off.

It took way too long to receive my car back. The appointment was at 10 am. I didn't leave until 2:20 pm and was late for work. The staff were great. I came in for a routine oil change and became a victim of not having all things in order with the car from the point of sale. My salesman did not make sure i had everything i needed. I have no bracket for the front license plate. Theres an issue with my oil dip stick and its on backorder

I was told before hand that the wait would be longer than usual, but 3.5 hours was beyond my expectations. As usual, Mr. Lewis was instrumental in keeping abreast of the situation and keeping me from jumping. I appreciate the good service, but I was told at my previous that I possibly had a blown strut in the front. There was no mention of that in this inspection.

I was glad to see that a multi-point inspection was performed, but I'm not sure how accurate it is. i was told at one of my previous servicings, that I had a blown strut on the front end. I was hoping to get a confirmation without mentioning it.
I appreciate Darrel warning me that the wait would be longer than normal beccause of the inclement weather impacting the week's schedule.

I was not happy to wait for 2.5 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation; however, there were a lot of people waiting. It seems Fridays are not good if you want a quick turn-around car service! The service manager could have provided updates during this long wait if she was able to get them herself!

My car was kept for 2 days pending parts to be delivered and mechanic's unavailability.I asked for a loaner and I wasn't given any .But overall Janelle did a great job communicating and keeping me informed with the service.She did great!!! My recalls were handled and my battery was replaced. However the tire pressure on all 4 tires was 26, I wish they could have topped it up for me. Overall it was a good experience.Thank you

I arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment at 2pm and did not leave until 5:30pm. When I checked on the status of my vehicle at 4:15pm, I was told the car was just being pulled into the service bay. They also did not include the necessary repairs in the paperwork. The level of communication and preparation was poor.
