I updated my VIP service package to add 3 more years. I was planning on buying a new car this fall, but I'm thinking that it would be better to wait a while longer. The service package is a bargain.$199 for three years, which is less than 2 oil changes and tire rotations.

Excellent as usual. Extremely polite and friendly staff that were available to take my car exactly at the appointment time. They performed the maintenance necessary and contacted me to let me know my car was ready. Even better I received a few emails with videos from the mechanic working on my car to shoe the work being completed and any points of consideration. GREAT JOB!!

I very much appreciated how hard Emmanuel and crew worked to diagnose my AC issue and find a solution. They worked through multiple problems and my AC is better than ever. It would have been helpful if I had gotten a few more updates along the way just so I I was tracking next steps.

I own two Toyota's and have driven Toyota's most of my life. My college daughter has the Subaru. Every time, I drive her Subaru to this dealership, it makes me want to convert over to a Subaru. And your detail people did a fantastic job of detailing the inside of my vehicle to remedy the milkshake spill on the front passenger seat. My wife said, "That is GREAT!" oil change and tire rotation service was good, unfortunately the technician added too much air pressure in the tires which resulted in a stiff ride . The recommended PSI was around 33, the readings after my service was 44, 45 PSI which is over the recommended.

This visit was for a pre-diagnosed problem. However, the service rep took it upon himself to order my state inspection, which is due next month, and charged me for it without my permission. I had plans to have the inspection done by a competing SUBARU dealer, without charge, because I had purchased a number of SUBARU'S from that dealer in the past.
