Gabby did a great job settling the bill and bringing my car around after a 7 day major engine job. Richard was the service manager that arranged for Subaru to shoulder most of the cost. They are both great employees and the reason I like Sheehy Subaru so much.

Always quick and great service. They tell you everything that your car can get for service, and never feel like I'm getting bullied into a service I don't actually need. Tech informed of an issue, but told me honestly it's something that he would wait until it gets worse than fix now.

The staff is great. The Lounge is really comfortable and a nice place to wait. I had an oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic on problem with the battery. It did take a little longer than I thought it would. But, they drove us up to the Mall to get lunch while we waited, which was exceptional customer service.

All four tires needed air so I stopped in to have put in each one. The entire time from arrival to leaving took over 45 minutes. It was longer than I would have expected. When it was done, I was told that they tested every tire for leaks to explain tire pressure loss. Turns out to be low temps. I felt better at the end. Would have been good to know infront what would take so long at the beginning.

I was able to bring in my car on short notice on a Saturday for a screw in one of my tires after a local repair shop couldn't remove a wheel and stripped the wheel lock. They took care of it and replaced all of my other wheel locks as a longtime customer courtesy! Trevor and his team are amazing--I should have gone there first. Lesson learned. I highly recommend Sheehy Subaru!

Although I was a walkin toward the end of day, the tech was able to work with his team to complete a safety inspection (expiring in 3 days) and an oil change after confirming parts were available (for our Honda at the Subaru dealer that services our two Outbacks). Very helpful as our daughter was only home for a few days before returning to her apartment with the Honda. Thank you Sheehy Subaru!

I updated my VIP service package to add 3 more years. I was planning on buying a new car this fall, but I'm thinking that it would be better to wait a while longer. The service package is a bargain.$199 for three years, which is less than 2 oil changes and tire rotations.

I very much appreciated how hard Emmanuel and crew worked to diagnose my AC issue and find a solution. They worked through multiple problems and my AC is better than ever. It would have been helpful if I had gotten a few more updates along the way just so I I was tracking next steps.
