They took my car through the car wash and it fell off. I called when I got home and they said it wasn't on there when it went through car wash. My husband went to Sheehy and told them that was not true. They went to the car wash and found my tags. Had low tire pressure in one tire. They didn't put any air in tire.

I did get in and out pretty quickly. My VIP service paperwork said tire rotation was done as well but tire pressure was not checked. And car wash was broken again at this location. As a long time customer, these little details mean a lot to an old lady.

As usual the service estimate was changed for additional service. I asked the agent to save the parts for my inspection which wasn't done. He also stated that he had checked out warranty information on the vehicle which he didn't. They ended up refunding an over charged amount. The actual service performed seems to be good.

The service guy was not too friendly. Wanted me get other services other than my regular oil change. When I sad no he seems a little turn off. After he called to let me know that my car pass the green light. All ready to pick up. I asked him if my car was washed. He said yes but they do a good job. Hand me my paper work and keys and left upset. I have the VIP.

I received an oil change a week ago and oil leaked on my driveway causing it to stain. I took my truck back to Nissan and they had to replace the washer which should have been noticed when the mech did the oil change. Now I have to get my driveway power washed to remove the oil stains.

I was told in order for the mechanic to rotate the tires, he would have to break the lug nut that was "swollen" and the cost to me would be $139 to replace the lug nuts. I told the service advisor not to do that, I didn't want to pay that cost. I waited 4 hours. I left the waiting area to see how much longer the wait only to be told my vehicle was ready an hour earlier. No one call me to tell me that

I received a reminder telephone call that service was due, probably because I did not respond to previous text or emails (a lot going on in my life). That phone call from Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf enabled me to go ahead and schedule the service. They were able to accommodate me with an appointment 2 days after the call. Service Advisor Timothy Britt received and got me through with the greatest professionalism. I'll be back.
