I had my cars serviced here quite a few times and had no issues until now. I would expect everything to be above par from Lexus. Service experience was ok, but the car wash was below par. It left my car with spots all over and it was looking better when it went in for service.

Service at this Sheehy Lexus is consistently excellent. They tell you up front what they will be doing and ask if there have been problems that they should address. Then I move to the waiting area, (when I wait), and relax until it's finished. My Service Consultant, Chris, is courteous and knowledgeable. He's also good at explaining things, which is always a plus.

Not a good experience at all. My oil filter was not properly installed and had a massive leak. Luckily they found the leak before leaving, which made me late for school pickup for my little boy. They apologized and gave me a refund, but it's just not worth it. I will not return to this Lexus location. They could've blown my engine up.

They aways have a loaner waiting, keeping contact with you to update when your car is done or needs additional services. They now have a video feature where they send you the mutipoint inspection for you to review and see what items need to be addressed. Always great service.
