Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly always provide top notch service. I worked with Roberto Sanchez in selecting a new set of tires for my QX80. He mentioned that they were running a special on tires which saved me some expense. He also provided shuttle service to and from work while tire were being installed.

As promised, the service included a tire rotation and car wash, which made the visit even more valuable. This is stealership service center. While they are friendly and have a great waiting area; they are complete utter rip off. Let me figure out all the problems and take it somewhere else. Their parts prices are out the door even though their parts depart offers discounts and post their sale price online, they charge full MSRP for customer who bring their car in to service. Total scam!

This is the best automotive service department I have ever experienced. The service advisors are polite and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and very welcoming. And, the service is done well and on-time. They don't charge excessive fees like some other dealerships. I really appreciate the honesty and customer care that we receive from Sheehy Infiniti Service.

Liked Patrick , but was lied to about a package , I thought was free found out it was added into my car loan to the amount of $3200 .00 dollars . Plus safety service for theft was not performed like told. My oil was low and not changed like I was told , antifreeze low and window washer fluid was totally out .Day I got it home checked it thank goodness.

Chantilly infiniti was quick and honest. I asked if my breaks needed done and they told me "not yet" (and provided measurements on tires). This is great as most garages will automatically change your brakes if you mention them.
