They removed my engine splash protector and didn't put it back during my oil change. I went back and they said that they will investigate it and call me back; I waited for the call and no one called; I called and all they said is that they will leave message for the advisor to call and still yet nothing.

My car was given back to me worse than when I took it for service. New problems were created and instead of anyone admitting their error, it was blamed on me and I was quoted for a price to fix something they broke. I will never go back and I was going to purchase a new car from them in a few months or so.

My representative, Ayana, was spectacular! My 2018 Sonata had an oil consumption issue. I did have a process to go through but ultimately my engine was replaced. Ayana worked closely with me and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have owned three Hyundai's and have dealt with Sheehy since 2003. I always take my car to Sheehy.
