The mechanics were great and the car was finished in a day. Trying to get ahold of someone on the phone to find out the status of my car was horrible! Had to call multiple times until a person answered the phone. Then was transferred to the "Service Representative " and the call was disconnected every time.

At no time was I treated like anything other than an afterthought. The service advisor would hardly get off the phone to speak with me. They were unable to fix the problem with the part they said was broken and then wanted me to pony up more money to buy another part. Will never go back to these parts changers.

It was truly a comedy of errors. It took 21 days to replace brakes and one tire. After I picked it up the front brakes froze and I was stranded on the highway. I paid another $1600 to get the job redone because I refused to go back.

This dealership changes numbers. Gave me an out the door price then the next day they dropped the price ,but they didn't drop the total out the door price the amount of the price drop. Also no corporate folks contacted me. Sad customer service. This is why people shop at carmax

They covered the seat before taking the car in and performed an oil change and tire rotation. This is the first time I've had a rotation done on any vehicle where the service department didn't scratch the wheels and/or lugs. Seemed like they took good care of our vehicle.

About 30 minutes after arrival at Sheehy, was told by service person that parts were not available and I would have to come back. Was told I would be notified, but to date have not heard from them.

Overall service was great. Had a small issue upon arriving at the dealership though. I was visiting from out of town and had an unexpected problem with my truck. They make it difficult for you if you don't have a service appointment. I can understand if I lived locally and had a routine maintenance issue, but I didn't. After a short discussion, the service manager was very helpful and understanding fixing my vehicle, allowing me to travel. Overall everything else was great. It just bothersome when you purchase an $86,000 dollar truck from them, you have to go through so many hoops for an unforeseen emergency.
