Shane in Parts was fabulous and listened to my issues and took care of them. I had tires replaced and it took almost 90 days and three trips to the dealership to resolve the problem. I am not convinced they understood the problem on my concern over the issue in the Maintenance Department. The customer facing people were fine, the listened an were responsive but the problem was not solved.

The entire sales staff I dealt with were very helpful. They allowed me to thoroughly inspect the used truck was interested in. I just decided the truck I had been interested was not the one for me. I would go back in a heartbeat if I saw a vehicle there that interested me. Totally recommend this Sheehy dealership.

As always,great service. Waited on promptly. Friendly service. Explained what was needed and it was all done. I have been taking my car here for 10 years now and always been treated nicely. Repair work done and always correct. Would not take my car anywhere else. It has been kept running great for 10 years now.

Jon, my service advisor provides excellent customer service. He got me in and out in good time. He kept me updated on how the service was progressing through out. I was also impressed with his memory and knowledge of past issues with some coverages under my warranty. I left well pleased.

It was bad because I had to pick up my vehicle the next day, because of no one called me to let me know if my car was ready. Also, on its first service visit, I never received a service paper or document where explain whatkind of service my car got it and if my car needed aditional service or fix it. Therefore, I had to call to find out about it, when they are the ones who should say if the car needs any more service.

I had a great experience at Sheehy Ford of Springfield. Easy to find a time vial the online booking tool that works with my schedule, schedule "The Works" and they took care of my car plus fixed an open recall on my car while I read in the waiting area. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and has coffee available.

Good overall experience. Oil change, tire rotation, and BG MOA service. Slightly disappointed that Ford does not put Full Synthetic oil in their high-performance cars...If I would have asked if I had known. They use a synthetic blend but didn't disclose it until I was checking out.
