I communicated with a salesperson via email and arranged to test drive the vehicle. The salesperson told me the vehicle would be waiting out front when I got there, long story short, I drove an hour to get there and there was no vehicle! I was finally told some story about the vehicle being hit on the lot which the salesperson claimed she was aware of. I was not happy!

Sheehy Ford in Ashland fixed my car with no problems. The total price ended up being lower than originally quoted. The driveshaft was replaced and my car is running great. The people were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this dealer to others.

Service advisors have always been kind and communicative, however I've received my vehicle back multiple times since purchasing the car where they tell me a certain issue has been resolved and the second I drive off the lot, it clearly isn't. This happened again this visit.

Service rep was terrible at communicating. Never reached out to us until we reached out to her. Needed repairs that was under warranty but they tried to charge us for labor of a part that they needed, in order to get to the repair, that wasn't covered. Make sense right.

Went for an oil change the technician put my wrong mileage on my paperwork so that messed my next mileage up for my oil change. Oil light was never reset so no it keeps coming on. I've been going to Sheehy in Ashland for sometimes now this was the only bad experience I've had.

The car wash that I declined ripped my bumper cover off. This is after the mechanic supposedly noticed it and sent it through anyway. I was told to bring it back to be repaired at no cost to me but time is something I have very little of.
