The service writer was upfront and honest while the techs worked to solve the complex issue, eventually getting it taken care of correctly. Afterwards they (the writer and service manager) addressed the proper repairs and billing, ultimately taking care of my truck and my wallet!

I've been using this service for over 10+ years and for the first time I was disappointed! Service gal was so unfriendly. Pushy, and seemed angry when I said no to her additional services offered. Although the waiting room is very comfortable I didn't feel comfortable!

This is the first and last time I'll ever have a service performed on my car other than an oil change and tire rotation. There was little to no communication from my service representative that my car would be there all day. I was charged almost 3 times the amount quoted on the phone. That was later resolved with the service manager, Randy. It will take me while to even consider going back.

No high pressure at all. A salesperson called me up after I expressed interest in the car but I was not ready to purchase at that time. They were very understanding. I later found the car I ended up buying and this dealership was very understanding about that too. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. The car they had was actually my second choice had the deal fallen through on the car I ended up buying.

The technician told me I needed a new cabin filter, I agreed and had them install a new one. When I got my bill I was surprised how high it was. I went home and reviewed it and noticed they charged me over $59 for the cabin filter. I looked on Amazon and could order a nice cabin filter for $17 - $20, a higher end filter was around $24. I'm shocked they over charge by so much !! Not sure how they can justify such a big mark up

Service people forgot to put on my wiper blade on back rear window. I also had to go through paper work and ask about if I need front end alignment since my last visit said I needed it done.This visit said I was fine.? I should of looked over my bill to see if it was put on. I feel the service people should go over your bill with customer.

Car oil and fluids changed in a timely manner. They graciously vacuumed the seats and the floor. Very cool. The only issue was not being able to turn off the maintenance service light after the service... not a big deal but I guess I have to go to an toyota service station/dealer to look into it. Overall, great experience.

Had to wait for a while. Only two service bays open. They pen d a third bay after my 20 minute wait. Had oil change and tires rotated and was missing a tire valve stem cap after the tire rotation and pressure check services. Had to go back and ask for valve stem cap. Replacement cap is not the same as the Buick Envision stem caps.

They patched my tire and I paid $50 for the labor and the patch held for less than 24 hours. When I went back and purchased new tires and service there, they would not reimburse me for the labor in the plug, which most certainly did not cost them $50. Very poor customer service!
