Oil change and rotate tires price is $80. Took 2 hours ti complete a scheduled oil change. Supposed to rotate tires but couldnt get the lug nuts off and wanted to sell me a new ones. I told them no but wouldnt give me a refund for not rotating the tires only a credit. They are the only ones to have rotated the tires before. The service price was $20 higher than my GMC dealer charges. Wont be going back.

Service rep did not understand the history or problem with my truck even though it was in the record and documented. In order for the repair to be done, the truck had to spend the night to be started in the morning at 7am. They didnt start it until 9am and claimed no problem. However, the problem still persists and occurs daily. It appears they changed the oil and did not even address the problem.

Brought my 2022 maverick in for a recall repair. Was told not to park inside or near a building because.fire. Went to pick it up and it died before I left the parking the lot. Service guy came out with a mobile battery to jump it and it blew up his device. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no Maverick. No phone call updates either. Ive had to stop in twice just to see the status. Always, waiting on a part.

Set up an early Saturday morning appointment to have the tires balanced, to show up to the dealership and find out oh we can't do that today, because we only have lube technicians on staff. Well gas is five dollars a gallon total waste of my time, had to reschedule the appointment for during the week and of course take time off work, so another loss.

4hrs for only a oil change when I thought they was working on the main reason I took it in for..I was forgotten! I called them for help kept getting transferred then hung up on..no answer..received faster reply from my dealer..he's awesome Jim Beadle..ended up taking it to Bob Allen Ford..took care of me within minutes..now she's running 100%

The dealership charged me 170 bucks for a diagnosis to be performed even though the service tech at the Ford dealership that I took my vehicle to already knew what the problem was. The advisor did do a good job getting my vehicle done in a timely matter.

Super overpriced service, couldnt determine what was causing the brake problem so they replaced all components of brake system, new rotors,pads, brake lines. About 5 wks prior they had checked my brakes and said everything was in good condition. Ill never go back to Shawnee Mission Ford for service.

Great job on my service for the following:
1) an oil change, 2) fixing a tire from a nail puncture and 3) getting a wheel alignment so my tires won't wear out so fast.
A Ford technician was always making sure I was kept up-to-date on where the Service Department was at on fixing my car.

It's great that they can fix some things in my driveway or offer pickup and delivery service. But they had two chances to install the update for the recall: once in the driveway and once at the shop. The shop try went to a second day and was still unsuccessful. They never even started on the check engine light problem. The service coordinator, at least, was professional and quick to respond. They blame the problem on the Ford computer system being flaky those two days. Another dealer performed the recall successfully and identified the reason the check engine light was on. Parts are on order and I was given a rental vehicle while waiting. I might use Shawnee Mission Ford again after I get the bad taste out of my mouth.
