They charged me for rotating my tires, but they didn't get rotated. I had a tire pressure gauge that was bad. It was showing up on the front drivers side when I got there. If they had rotated the tires it would have moved to the new location. I called the next day when I realized it, and they basically said there was no way to prove they didn't and they couldn't prove that they did other than it was on my bill and I payed them.

Very helpful and curious, work was done in a timely manner. I think 175.00 per hour is to high. The cost to put tape on some wires that mice had damaged and but a new battery in was $1046.00

Sharp Motor company was unable to repair my 2022 vehicle. It stayed there 3 1/2 months and they stated they couldn't get a part needed to fix it. Apparently, sometimes Ford Motor company cannot supply the necessary parts for dealers to be able to fix newer vehicles.

Terrible group of people don't seem to care about their customers. Dispte asking for a diag multiple times they didn't perform one yet did $6,000 worth of work and lied about the issue multiple time. Reassembled the electrical connections in the wrong spot to where I had to take it to Columbia Chrysler dodge and have the diag and fix the issue sharp motor company cost. I will never take my car here again

Sharp Motor broke my hood latch and did not tell me. They left it in my left side door so when I called them to ask what happened they said they found it like that and ordered me a new one. What were they going to do when the part came in just call me to let me know it was broken?? So unprofessional. I do not trust them at all.
