Great customer service and very polite. Only thing that kinda stunk was waiting an hour and a half for an inspection safety check but they were busy with a good amount of customers however that is something quick and was scheduled. All around great place though!

polite, ,did not have to sit a long time, only item was they did not return my wiper blades i asked for, had to call and ask where there were, and had to return to collect them, they were only a couple months old, winter blades, telling him i would use next winter. other than that service was good

Took my Trax in for a check engine light being on. Turned out to be for a transmission leak. Dropped it off and got a shuttle ride home. Repair was done in a timely manner and was fully covered under my extended warranty. All reps were helpful and courteous. Car is now running great. I hope I don't need anymore repairs, but if I do I know where to go.

Took my car for nys inspection and back window wiper. They said one of my front wipers should be replaced too. I told them to rrplace all 3 wipers, it was the worse decision I made. The old wipers clean my windows way better then the supposed new ones. So I wastef $78 for wiper blades thst are garbage.

Had right rear directional bulb changed
And they replace valve stem on one of my tires that was bad.
Great service. I only go to Sharon Chevy for service (unless it's a warranty
job and then I have to go to where I purchased the car).
