Had appointment for 1:00 pm service did not start until 1:30 pm. Was told I had a recall on my truck asked if it could be scheduled for after oil change was told yes. After oil change was done was told needed to schedule on my own and could not be done today. Also was asked if I wanted free tire rotation said yes and was told it was done but have small leak in left rear tire that needs air about once a week that same tire is showing lowering air pressure dont think rotation was done.
