I was having difficulty with the starter when I realized it might be the battery. Mountain Shadows is in our neighborhood and has an outstanding reputation, so I drove to their location. They were so kind and caring, which since I'm a very senior woman and that meant a lot to me. It was late Friday afternoon and they were so very busy, but said they could take care of it. They live up to their reputation!

The Employees at shadow mountain are amazing. They treat you like family each and every time you walk in. They are very honest and show you everything that they talk about. They dont try to hard sell you on anything but are very honest and upfront about the problems or issues that might occur.
