I appreciated the short time (less than an hour) that we had to wait for completion of the service to my car. The cup of coffee was enjoyable. I would like it if there were more magazines and other reading material available. My main criticism is that by the time I reached the payment counter (I first needed to dispose of my half-consumed cup of coffee) the woman helping us had very briefly told my husband about what was done and the results. Then she was gone, with nobody to relay this information to me (owner of the car). I of course could read what was on the papers handed to me but some explanation for each item would have been helpful.
