I called this morning and spoke with Nick who let me know how they perform a break job and how long it would take. They replace the rotors and do not machine them which in the end makes the most sense Nick told me how much the job would cost including their total inspection of my vehicle. The value I received and the work done for what they charged was a great deal. They are professional in their approach and very personal in their delivery they are very transparent in performing the work and letting you know the progress. Had an appointment for 930. My wide said it took over an hour for an oil change. Then, bought the oil change package. Apparently no,longer buy 5 get one free? And what's with the $20 fee? I'll use the oil,changes, but we won't be back after that.

They wanted to charge my wife $120 to change the oil. In addition, after the oil change, they did not reinstall the plastic guard under the engine, so I had to take the car back to them again to get them to put it back on correctly.

It works great now! However, it did take 3 trips to fully diagnose the issue with the A/C as it turned out to be 2 separate issues.
