I didn't like that fact that I had to take the vehicle back after the initial piston ring replacement. The mechanic didn't replace the valve gasket correctly when I had it in the first time. After leaking oil on my garage floor, I had to drive back to Serra Honda (30 miles) and wait over 2 hours for the Odyssey to be fixed. The advisor was apologetic.

My issue just happened today. I wanted to fill my tank but it would not open. I went to the car wash and they also were not able to open it. Had the car washed, arrived home, tried to open the gas tank door

They did a nice job but they tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires with only 23,000 miles on the vehicle. Honda promotes the longevity of their vehicles but then once you buy them everything needs to be serviced and/or replaced prematurely.
I feel sorry for people that don't know much about cars, they probably pay for things to be replaced way before they actually need to be replaced. Just be honest.

Always dependable service. I particularly like the video the technician makes of the installation of the underside of my car. Also, I appreciate the attention the technician paid to cleaning up oil on my car's frame from draining the oil and changing the filter, so there is no residual "dripping" on my garage floor once I return home and park my car.

I thought it's funny that my air filter and cabin air filter were recommended to replace when they were just replaced 2000 miles ago. Additionally, the porter that moved my car around moved the seat all the way to the front without moving it back when they got out. Small things, but my observations. Overall service was very good.

My under body on passenger side of car needed a new plastic piece to keep it up. I was told they would take care of it. It was not done.
Also, I'm not sure if checking lights are part of inspection but my fog light on passenger side is out and was not informed.

They don't set my head light back where they were !!! I wish they would . So I don't have to try to put them back where they were .

The van was in for a warranty problem and they fixed it... BUT, During the week they had the van, I talked to at least three different people as our "main" guy was never available, and never called us with info. EACH service person gave us a different timeline & explanation of what was going on.

The service rep was polite and efficient. That's very good.
But the tech said I needed a brake fluid change and that it should have been Don at 30,000 miles. That was before I bought the car at 32,000 miles so the Serra should have done that before I bought it. So that disappointed me.

Overpriced service for repairs they claim are necessary or due. It feels predatory. My vehicle has less than 20k miles, and less than 3 years old. They come up with $500+ repairs. I know the dealerships are struggling but ripping off customers is not ok.

Upon getting home. The rear tire on the back passenger side I had asked to have looked at because there was asphalt on it from a driveway. It was still on the same side.

I had or van in for an oil change in April. During that inspection I was told both rear shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced.
I have Honda care and they only replaced one shock, because only the one shock is completely blown and Honda care will only replace a completely failed part, not a failing part.

My sales person was great. But the dealers care for my new ridgeline fell way short of satisfactory. They were supposed to apply Ceramic coat to inside and outside, but I received scratches on the gauge cluster screen, front bumper, wheel opening trim, marks on the paint, and NO CERAMIC coating.
Be wise with this dealership. Do not recommend
