I liked that Chip was on top of everything. He brought to my attention that many recommended services had never been performed. I have to question why nobody ever told me that I needed the recommended mileage interval services. I've only gone to your dealership for everything and Chip is the only one who was on top of things!

However one question, on the tire rotation, why were all of the tires inflated at 32PSI when the sticker on the car door states 36PSI?
