They put 14 qts of oil in the vehicle. Never tightened the drain plug. Drain plug was put back finger tight. The fluids weren't topped off and the tires were not rotated so much for certified service. The service manager l, was also no pleasure to deal with.

Poor communication. I was told the car I was interested in was available. Then i was told it wasn't available. Two days after I was told it wasn't available, it was listed on their website. I called again to inquire. I was put on hold, then disconnected.

Horrible experience. I asked multiple sales people for pictures of a truck I wanted to buy and not one person was able to provide any customer service. Zero communications when asking questions about the vehicle. I had the worst experience of any dealership ever. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership and never refer this dealership.

They informed me that I was over 45,000 miles, and I would require maintenance. Ok, on what? Rear differential (ok), transfer case (huh?), and front differential (wait...) Excuse me, but no. It's not a 4WD. Originally tried to charge me for EVERYTHING mentioned above. Finally quoted me a reasonable price after admitting it was RWD ONLY.

Service wise everything was ok. Although I want to mention, I was given an estimated price prior to service my Truck and at pickup time it was like $200 higher. Also, Serpentini offers a car wash with every service, but the last 2 services including this last one, my Truck didn't get one. Be aware they charge 3% fee, when paying with a credit card...I was not aware, and they didn't mention.

They always do a great job when I need to get serviced. I had to bring my son this time and I love that they had a kid play area. It kept him occupied the entire time. They also had a white board greeting everyone who had to get serviced. This place is just so great and welcoming. Also the complimentary popcorn, chips, coffee, and water is always great too.

The car had sand come out when you opened the door. There was so many paint chips and so much rest on the doors and underneath it had to have been in a flood. Car was junk. And they said they priced the car to sale with the rust. A ig joke and waist of time
