The service advisor was really nice and let me know next steps, as my vehicle was not repaired during this visit. The OnStar isn't working and a new part has been ordered. Because of this my navigation isn't working correctly and neither is my MyChevrolet app. It can't find my vehicle. Hopefully the part will be in soon, as this is a great annoyance. It has been 4 weeks and I'm yet to hear anything :(

Pre qualification was a waste of time.....had to change my own airfilter in the parking lot and my car was missing security lug nuts and the tools for them that was showed on the website....the salesman was horrible and seemed lost....the sales manager was very nice though.

Didn't like was the increase which was a lot for an oil change didn't know about this until I received the bill. I was shocked and they knew it. If I come in for any other reason I will ask before I get the job done.I put yes for the simple reason that I took out extended warranty. Serpentini did a good job fixing my rear view mirror fixture. The fixture for some reason in my 2015 Chevrolet Trax is part of the windshield and if their fix using epoxy doesn't solve the issue the windshield must be replaced. Not a logical design but appreciate the work to spare me a new windshield.
