Disappointed. They were easy to contact via phone and email before I purchased the car, but after I purchased, the returned calls and emails stopped. I received an email thanking me for considering Selden Motors for my next car purchase and ensuring I had direct access to him (but included no name - just "General Manager"). I called and woman who answered did not know the name of the General Manager and could not connect me.

To begin, I am from Connecticut and Selden Motors is in Pa. I also had a trade-in which would be used for a down payment. They also required a $1,000.00 deposit to place a hold on the car. I paid the deposit. We corresponded cordially until it got to the actual delivery and pickup of my trade. Selden Motors wanted me to deliver my l car to them before they would finalize the deal and deliver the new car to me. Thisl could not happen as I need transportation. It got to an impass and we could not complete the transaction. Selden Motors refused to return my deposit of $1,000.00 and still have the deposit. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership.

This experience was horrible. I had lemon squad inspect a car the dealership said was incredibly maintained. The battery was completely dead, which is understandable, but the airbag was exposed from the steering wheel. Not only is this a huge safety concern, but nowhere was it stated on their website. I also called numerous times trying to get ahold of the sales rep. After being ignored, someone finally answered, asked in a rude manner what I wanted, what car, and when I would come in. Again, standard questions, but the tone was incredibly rude. I'm really disappointed because there were a few other vehicles they had I was interested in, but I would never purchase from this dealership.
