Appointment was at 11amarrived at 10:45am was told there was a customer ahead. Car was not taken in until 11:12am. Also it seems to be part of upsell for this facility to remove your tires for inspection even though I only wanted an oil change and nothing else. Oil change sign is $59.99 but I was charged an extra $6 for "parts". Maybe it was for a new washer which really should be part a normal oil change.

I have had multiple wonderful experiences with Scott's Auto. Kassandra has gone out of her way multiple time to assist with different issues. The qualify of the work done on all of my vehicle has been top rate. I have recommended Scott's to multiple people as I truly believe in the work that they perform.

They damaged my bolt and channel for alightment, hammered the dial channel flat to install the wrong parts in to make it work. Alightment was poor. Took it back for them to fixed it right after I replaced the lower arm which was only a year old. I will never go back.

Detailed & thorough free inspection with oil change. Inexpensive using coupon and done in under two hours. Inspection included measuring brake pad wear (that required wheel removal), tire wear, air filters, fluids, CV boots & seal. A lot of other shops just do fluids. Scott's also provided instant estimate of needed repair costs.

I started going to Scott's Phoenix Auto a few years with my 2007 Mazda. As older cars age even more issues come up.
