I liked: (1) the efficiency, communication skills, deep knowledge base and can-do attitude of Service Advisor Sam Briody, (2) service was completed, while I waited, in less time than expected. I liked less: total cost of this right rear wheel bearing service seemed high for amount of repair time.

I went to Scott to fix or replace a tire. It was replaced but the service person did not recalibrate the tire pressure program. As a result the car kept registering tire pressure problem. I took it back. I waited an hour and 35 minutes for the system to be recalibrated. I purchased the car new on April 10, 2025. This was my first encounter with your service department. i have no recommendation.

(1) Work took somewhat longer than was indicated at check-in. (2) New tires looked a bit sketchy (dirty on both tread and sidewall; one would think that they'd look blacker). (3) No information provided re tire warranty. (I'm assuming information from manufacturer website is applicable.)

My fine Service Advisor looked up the car's record, saw something that should have been done at 20,000miles.- but had somehow been skipped: she described what it was and why important to do....said it could be an add on today- and quoted the price. Vehicle was ready to go home quickly ! I hope to stay with Sam in the future!

They were fast and thorough. Told me I would have to renew my registration soon. Made a copy of my registration explaining that the DMV had a new way of sending the registration with the new stickers and people were throwing out their registration form.

Scott VW does a good job of taking care of customers. They are timely and efficient with scheduling and service. It isn't the least expensive, but that's okay, but they do it right the first time, there is not hassle and they let you know what estimated costs are. It is far cheaper to pay to fix problems before they happen then sort out a mess afterwards, especially with German cars.

I brought my GTI in for a state inspection. The service advisor, Sam, was friendly and efficient. A sales advisor asked me if he could help me as I roamed the showroom and answered any and all of my questions. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The experience was pleasant. No surprises and no hassles.

I asked and paid for the windshield wippers to be replaced, but they were not replaced. The windshield wippers are still making the same awful sounds as before I had the car serviced. Also, you returned my key with a battery that ran out. Also, I asked that the car be cleaned because there has always been a film of fog on the windshield inside the car. There is still a film of fog on the inside of the windshield.
