I have ahd my cars serviced at Scott since the date they were purchased. My Cadillac and my Mazda are both 2016 vehicles which still run and look like new thanks to the incredibe Scott service teams. People tell me that my cars are too old to take to the dealer ... I wouldn't take them anywhere else! Competitive price for service received and greatest service.

Scott is where I bought three cars and will only allow their service department to work on my cars. Inspection took less than an hour and the tires they could have replaced were delayed because they have a sale coming up that will save me 25%. I'll be bringing my car back to Scott in October.

I asked them to check issue in rear, they did not check oil for metal or remove cover to inspect after I asked several times to check rear. Oil change was good. was told manager would be informed of issue and received no call back as of today, Have had good service in past hoping this is an off day.

It took them over a month to do the job they said would take a week or 10 days. I had to pay for the extension they caused on the rental car the insurance company gave me. I had to go to their office 3 times because I couldn't get a response to my emails. They had terrible business management.

We had to have a new key programmed. We were met by the Service Manager, Mike, and were sent to a very comfortable waiting area with access to drinks and snacks. We had also asked for a touch-up paint for our CT4 V Blackwing. Everything was done in a courteous and professional manner. We also had time to visit with our excellent sales person, Joe S. Great job on all, Scott Mazda!

Unknown problem developed--engine light came on. I was in the vicinity of Scott Mazda, but as the problem was sudden, I did not have an appointment to have the problem looked at. The dealership not only was able to look at my vehicle but diagnosed the problem and subsequently repaired the problem.

Damaged my one rim while replacing the tires. Did not even leave the dealership and the low pressure light was already on. Left anyway, put air in it at home hoping it was just a fluke. Next morning tire pressure was down 7lbs. Put air in it again and drove it Hoping it seals up once warned up. Will see tomorrow when I check it again. Waiting to hear from the service manager next week about the rim damage.
