Technician was outstanding in that he spotted the coolant reservoir was still within the high and low marks, but he investigated to find where the coolant went. He found a radiator leak which saved me an inconvenience on and upcoming 1000 mile plus trip.

This was actually not Scott Mazda. It was Scott Chevrolet that did the service on my Corvette why Carfax is getting the location wrong is unknown to me. The service went well. Car got serviced and everything was fine. I will go here again for my next service.

It took 2 hours for a simple oil change. They added in tire rotation, multi point checks and 5,000-mile service and decided to charge me roughly $113 for a simple oil change. They did give me a $40 GM shop discount and apologized, but all I asked for was an oil change. Not all the ad on's. Even with the discount it was $73 for a simple oil change and it took 2 hours on top of that. It'll make me think next time.

Took car in for oil change, left rear light bulb replacement, and battery check. All were done while I waited on site. All items done. Only thing which had to be adjusted was the error message for the turn signal. I turned back to the shop when I saw it was still showing and within a few minutes, the technician had it fixed.

Scott is a great dealer with a top notch service department. My oil light went on a few days before a forecasted major snow storm and they were able to give me a last minute appointment. I've bought my last three cars at Scott and plan to go there for the next one. I would nev go anywhere else for service.

Liked that service was able to be done quickly. We had a bad battery and AAA service person tested it before jumping it. We drove straight to service department and they were able to take care of it without an appointment. The battery was only 14 months old and everything was covered.

I had some confusion regarding my appointment calendar. I mistakenly dropped off our CX9 at Scott Mazda, who provided me a non-emergency service appointment even though I had not made a pre-arranged appointment with them. They completed my vehicle by the afternoon , which included an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, and an emissions test.That's great service!

I really like the video that shows the underside of the vehicle. I find that to be very helpful. In this video they should us that the rear wiper blade needed to be replaced. The video showed how it was deficient and it made our decision to replace much easier.

The Service personnel always do an excellent job at Scott Chevrolet Cadillac, located at 3333 Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA. They have a very nice waiting area, with a TV, chairs with slide-out table top, cell phone chargers, complimentary coffee/tea, and well-stocked vending machines. They also offer a courtesy shuttle for those who just want to drop off their vehicle, and do not want to wait for it.
