Pulled my car into the service bay and was immediately met by Nate in Service. My car was in for the 35k maintenance check and went through what that involved. Offered a shuttle ride back to my home and also to bring me back when my car was finished. I really like the video they sent showing what they were doing. The video also discussed things that the mechanic recommended. Very helpful
