Picked up estimate and said we need to look it over to decide what we wanted done.they said fine and to let them know when we decided to have work done. Over all it was a good experience.

They also recommended a trusted leather repair specialist and I was able to secure an appointment same day. I live 75 miles away from the dealership. Schulte Subaru sent a team member to my home with a loaner car, and then jumped my dead car and took it to the Schulte shop to determine what was wrong. It turned out my 2.5 year old battery had died, but Subaru replaced it for free because it was still under warranty. Awesome experience all the way around, as always. We wouldn't ever consider owning anything but a Schulte Subaru!

They were very good about most things. But they did lowball us on the trade in price for our acura. and they couldnt get the paperwork done in 3 months for the state to send us our title. so now we are driving a loaner car, with no idea when we will get our car back from them. amateurish.

In addition the dealership also includes a video from your service technician that reviews the status of the work that was completed on your car and any recommendations the technician may have. Also the waiting area is welcoming and there are excellent drinks and snacks provided.
