My experience was excellent. The service representative was very respectful, and friendly. The video of my car after service proved that all work that I requested was done prior to my payment. I had an appointment and they had my car for 4 hours still didn't have anyone even look at my car, their was 7+ people ahead of me and they told me it'll still be hours before they even get to look at the car. They are under construction, over booked, not very friendly and don't seem to mind stacking clients for the technicians instead of organizing the work load and giving the customers the correct information. This place is horrible

Came in for a tire rotation, oil change, and possible tire patch. The first two were done, but they claimed I never asked for the tire patch and charged to re-admit the vehicle when asked to do it. Not prompt, not professional, and burned an extra day and money to fix what should've been done the first time around.

I sat there for like over 2 hours waiting on my oil change and then the guy comes in and says after communicating with me that my vehicle will be ready in 10mins that there was a mix up and the technician was working on the wrong car. So they said it would be another hour before it's done. I did get my service for free but that's besides the point. I waited over 3 1/2 hours for a oil change and I had an appointment

Took my truck in for a 24E12 emissions system recall. After the recall service my truck's check engine light came on and now Schomp Ford is trying to tell me I need to spend $3k because both catalytic converters supposedly have gone bad. Something is really fishy about the whole situation.

This was the best Ford Quick Lane full service I've ever had. The best part was the mechanic video that covered under body checks of brakes, tires and other components. As well as an under the hood analysis of brake and coolant fluids.
The only negative was an oil leak at home. However I was told to return and that was corrected very quickly.

The concierge service made it very convenient to get the vehicle in! An appointment was made for the vehicle which included specified service, at the time of scheduling. My consultant called me to advise they had the vehicle, and it was then in a "que" to get worked on. The vehicle was not looked at for 4 days. Good communication from advisor, poor means of business.

They made me an appointment and then said that was just to get my car in the que to be checked out. They said they would have to keep it for two weeks and then it may take another two weeks to be fixed. I asked if I could bring it in closer to the time and they said NO. This was under warranty. They really do not want to stand behind their cars!!

It always take so long to get the car to be evaluated. Got the car there per the appointment, but it wasn't actually looked at by a service person until 3 days later. I was surprised that an appointment just means "look at your car as we can get to it".
The work that was done was satisfactory.

Vehicle was ready 10 min after arrival. Experience went so well I went and purchased a lottery ticket. Sometimes not often things go well.

Overall results were fine.
Service took almost 3 weeks. I had to make multiple contacts to see how progress went. Bill came in at approximately 15% higher than quote. Was told I would get a free oil change for my troubles - sigh.
Not the best service experience I have ever had from a dealership.
