Our service was excellent, as it always has been in the 46 yrs I've been doing business with Scholfield Honda! They did recommend that we replace our tires & I requested (2 or 3 times) them to give me a recommendation of the tires, brand, etc. & I have yet to receive that.

I had a side molding come loose and contacted Caitlin at Scholfield's Service dept. she quickly ordered the part and set up a service visit to get it installed. I was greeted at the door and my CR-V was whisked away to start the installation. I was directed to the lounge area, while there I was updated regularly with the progress. After the service, my car was washed and presented to me. An on time, excellent visit!!

Customer service is better at the east location then the west, but 1 week after the fuel gauge reconnect it has disconnected again. Driving without a fuel gauge! I hope they can fix the problem permanently when I bring the car in again next week. Not a happy customer.

Brandon the sales rep made sure I was aware of the problems associated with the vehicle I test drove and let me know it was not going to be a reliable vehicle. I really appreciated his letting me know so I did not get stuck with a lemon. I was left satisfied and completely taken care of.

Friendly and cooperative in getting service done. Been going in for 15 years and always had excellent service including a replaced transmission! Only problem this time was I couldn't talk them into delivering my Odyssey after service. Never asked before but seems to be outside the limits. I only live 35 miles away from them! On the high side tho my salesman said if the need arises again "you call me!"

While the actual service was adequate, the "before and after" were not. One of their service attendants moved my seat backwards, re-adjusted both side mirrors, as well as the rearview mirror before driving the vehicle that very short distance to the service area. I believe this is totally unnecessary and NOT customer-friendly!!

Quick service, but they called me to tell me my car is done 15 min before closing, so I could not pick it up for two days due to a holiday. Also the service was overpriced, in my opinion. Car was returned not washed.
