Service was, as usual, excellent. They found and removed a screw in one of the tires while doing their usual inspection (no charge). Joe, service rep. even called to be sure that we weren't going to do any extensive driving before we replaced worn tires!

They were able to take me same day, that was a big plus since my car broke down. They asked to return it the next morning since my alternator had to be replaced (which I knew already) and they wanted to give my battery a full charge. I had checked out pricing and they were as expected. Friendly and honest.

Took my car to Schneiders automotive twice for the same issue, plus for them to fix something they broke. Mechanic Joe told me that if I keep saying they broke my heater core, it won't go well for me. That's a threat. And, it didn't go well for me. Within hours of getting it back again after another week, the check engine light is back on, plus it doesn't shift right. Truck runs worse than when I first took it there.

As we have discussed, it's really frustrating when we think that we have fixed an issue only to find out that its not fixed. We asked if you would bring your vehicle back so that we could solve the issue. You did not want to do that so in an effort of cooperation we offered and did refund 100% of your money and we wish you all the best repairing your 2001 Nissan truck.

I was greeted by a very friendly service manager, Joe, who listened to my concerns about my car, and who called to confirm my suspicions and determine what they should do, given the size of the job. The car was ready the next day, about 5 hours before I was told to expect it to be ready. They had also emailed me the estimates for the work to be done. Very satisfied with their professionalism.

I had a coolant leak at the front of my car and called Schneider's Auto to make an appointment and spoke to Frank who told me come in the next morning. I brought my car in and they called me to let me know it was the radiator and how much the total cost would be. They did a great job of repairing and testing the car and checking my tires, too! I will definitely be back again for regular service on my car.
