My car came in to get a tune-up. When I picked it up, the woman who drove it up to me didn't wait for the car to defrost. All the windows were frosted. I even asked before if I could warm it up. The check traction control light was on. I said it wasn't on when I dropped it off. Jaun said it was . He was proven wrong. I need more work done with this car, but I'm thinking of going somewhere else.

The car had obvious damage that wasn't reported. The dealership just kind of ignored it like it wasn't there. There was no movement on the price and they were listing it as a clean no accident car yet. The passenger side back panel was all wrinkled with two obvious drill holes where they were trying to pull out dents.

Service advisors seem to only go by the indicator lights on the instrument cluster to tell if anything is out of adjustment and in fact needs servicing. Not very helpful in helping the customer.... they need to show how to make the electronic settings. Even after the technician states that all is normal, I need to dig thru the owners manual to try to get back my settings!! Book is only a minimal amount of help.
