As always, great job! They were doing the regular check up. Breaks, oil change. When they were checking the breaks, their machine cut too deep into the ruddier ? and because they did it, they didn't charge us new ones.

the only reason the rating is poor is because there is not a lower rating available. If your ok with inept mechanical trouble shooting, poor communication skills and mechanic and service reps that lie ...then Schicker Ford of Union is the place for you.

Overall understanding how ever slightly disappointed due to the recall issues is only limited to 10 years knowing that previous owner sucks at keeping the vehicle updated with recalls so now I'm stuck in order to pay for that recall issues for the facts it's expired
