Terrible service communication Missed diagnosis with first visit in Oct then same problem occurred 1 Month later & both times my car stopped in dangerous locations. Long time period for problem being diagnosed, long service waiting for parts and long wait for technician to repair and poor communication about all of the above. Very frustrating and inconvenient to be without my car for weeks.

the only reason the rating is poor is because there is not a lower rating available. If your ok with inept mechanical trouble shooting, poor communication skills and mechanic and service reps that lie ...then Schicker Ford of Union is the place for you.

Overall understanding how ever slightly disappointed due to the recall issues is only limited to 10 years knowing that previous owner sucks at keeping the vehicle updated with recalls so now I'm stuck in order to pay for that recall issues for the facts it's expired
