Rude, and lied to me. Tried to rip me off, avoided my phone calls when I wanted my car back, tried to charge me for diagnostic when they didnt diagnose anything. Again just overall rude. The woman answering the phones was condescending and should not be in customer service.

Inept service writer failed to understand I had a squeek or rattle in the suspension when turning right after vehicle sat overnight. He tried to tell me the engine was carboned up, might need a engine replacement. Absolutely nothing wrong with the engine but if customer paid invoices are limited why not go for some warranty claims instead. Will never go back to Schaumburg Kia.

Very professional and courteous service customer communication. I prefer to have my Kia factory warranty service performed here despite having two other Kia dealers closer to my home. I believe the technicians at Schaumburg Kia are more knowledgeable with my Plugin Hybrid than others.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Express service is advertised as 60 minutes or less. Took a full 2 hours without the complimentary car wash, & didn't receive a copy of the multipoint inspection report that's supposed to accompany the invoice.

Got my brake light fixed. Upcharged because I needed to buy myself a new battery for my brand new car? And upcharged for a possible problem detected and fixed. Totql time took 5 hrs. Only to get my car returned back with the automatic mirror opener malfunctioned. Now I'm stuck with this issues i didn't cause until I can bring it back again.

Is not about the customer service at the dealership, but is the careless of doing a simple oil change. My car requires an specific viscosity, but the dealer technitian omit to pay attention. I called the dealer to mentioned the topic, and they dismissed my concerns. I requested to speak with the Service Manager, and he declined to return my call. They charge you premium service, but they treat you worse than a oil change corner-shop.

Recall work completed on time, after inspection of car a few items of repair were suggested, after deciding to get one of the items repaired we were quoted a price of 145.00 dollars when service was done and we came to pay the bill it was $ 203.65. Never resolved only excuses, we paid bill left and will not return.

Schaumburg KIA has the most professional, and knowledgeable ppl in the service department... I just went because of the recall. They were kind enough to drive me home and pick me up when my car was ready. I have an extended warranty which I purchased when I bought my KIA at Elmhurst KIA where I bought the car, I wish I could transfer it to Schaumburg where I live.

Just a return because of sputtering and white smoke after EFI carbon cleaning service that never happened before. Explained as residual cleaning fluid in fuel intake so maybe no big deal....we will see given GDI engine issues for Hyundai/Kia.

The service was completed at no charge under the 100,000 mile drive train warranty - at 98,689 miles. But it took 2 visits. I scheduled on line including the reason for the appointment, but they did not have the parts. I had to wait for parts to be delivered, make another appointment and arrange more time off work. The service lady was nice. Took a little longer than expected but that was ok. Just seems the service people are really pushing to sell things each time a service person came in to talk to the client they always said they needed brakes, or needed this or needed that just seems like pushing to make a sale.
