Service turned out OK, but was slow to resolve. Technicians tried to have be replace differential fluids that had been changed by a Nissan dealer 15,000 miles previously and was not needed. I had to check CarFax to show it had been done. The work that was done was completed well.

Quick and easy. Had to replace cabin air filter because it was crunched up from the last service I had and they had checked it. I shouldn't have had that extra expense. Tech should have been more careful when replacing it after inspection last time. Despite that, I do recommend this shop

I don't even mind driving 45 miles each way to get my vehicle serviced there as they are reliable and very, very capable.

Service department had no way of testing the auto light system unless i leave it for days. The tail gate lock system has been repaired several times with no guarantee it wont need repair in the future. The shop is the only one close and it is still 3 hours away.

Car came back dirty, last oil change said next one free, after I received car back said "oh" we don't do that any more. One fob quit working and charge $150.to reprogram. Will not be returning.

Accurately identified defective newly installed bearings. Also, other problem areas were identified that should probably be addressed. The quote to fix said problems were grossly exaggerated. An hour's worth of work, A $50 oil pan, a $50 transmission pan, and corresponding gaskets at $10 a piece do not warrant a $2,200 charge. No amount of automotive knowledge is worth $2,000 an hour.

Always passing the buck and making things lengthy and laborious which results in un-needed multiple appointments for the smallest thing. No other Nissan has this poor of service. Rarely straight-forward or proactive. Excuses excuses. This experience has made me want to sell my Nissan and get a Toyota or Honda as those dealerships offer consistent friendly stellar service.
