One price quoted and by the end of the deal my total purchase price went up almost $13,000. They have mandatory fees sawgrass infinity advantage fee of $1495 (useless-I bought a Mercedes ),reconditioning fee of $1895 (no idea what this is for) and a predelivery fee of $1274 (I picked up my car from the lot). I signed for 2 keys but in the end got only 1. They are very disingenuous and I would never recommend anyone buying from them. They lack integrity and transparency

A couple years ago I had oil change completed and while I was watching the technician, he drove the car back over the lift legs and messed up my front end, alignment, and alaeft scratches on the side of my front fender. The service writer Steve Samson would not open a ticket on it and said he would get it all fixed. Afterwards I asked what shop he took it to, and he would not tell me. There is not enough space to tell you the problems I had getting it fixed.

My service was very poor and unsatisfactory. I bought my vehicle from them last year and they sold me a lemon. My engine went out on the vehicle and I explained to them that the driver before me did not maintain the vehicle & get the oil changes on time. They told me that because I own the vehicle now this my problem. They did not cover it under the warranty and it is going to cost me 7000. 00 to purchase an engine for my Infiniti QX60 out of pocket which I can not afford. Now I have no vehicle. Be careful and read the fine print when purchasing a vehicle from Sawgrass Infiniti.
